I am trying to setup the Tiger built-in VPN client so it connects automatically when hitting a particular IP address (company internal mail server via VPN) or even a range of IPs (ie. company internal network range).

The built-in VPN's "on-demand" feature seems to be predestined for this, however there is little to no explantion on how to actually use it.

Essentially you can associate a "domain" with a particular VPN connection, but all my attempts to experiment with this have not yielded *any* results, ie the VPN connection is never established automagically.

Google-searching and Apple KB provide -0- leads...

Does anyone know how this feature is supposed to work, even if it is not a solution to my particular problem?

TIA,
A.
