When I use Software Update in 10.3.9, I get this:

"Make sure you have permission to write to /private/tmp/502/TemporaryItems/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate, then try again."

When I install the same update from Apple's web site, it installs correctly.

How can I get the updates to install from Software Update?
