I was notified by the Software Update app that Security Updates 2005-007 and -008 are available for me. The sizes of them are 18.2 MB for -007 and only 4.5 MB for -008, and my connection to the ‘net is a rather slow dial-up. My question is, do I need to download and install -007, or can I get the whole enchelada by installing -008?
A process known as distributed computing helped map the human genome.

Now it's being used to find cures for cancer, ALS, alzheimer's and other diseases.

You can help by running a piece of software in the background. It's easy, free, and fun!

If Software Update showed both of them, that means you need both of them. Sorry...

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!
