Does anyone understand the settings for the M2VRequantiser found here?

http://www.metakine.com/products/dvd...r/modules.html

Specifically the first value "floating point value".

Is the file specified at the end of the command?

O.K. ... well I can get it to output a file, but the file seems to have problems with droped frames or something.

I did have a 2 or 3 errors pop-up when I built it ... not sure if that's the problem.

Anyone build and use this successfully?
