Good point... If you are looking for a simple update to your already legally installed OS X... Go to apple's site, you can get 10.3.9 (panther) and 10.4.2 (Tiger) http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/

Hey... what if he has 10.2.7 and he's looking for 10.2.8? Maybe he's new to using the Mac and he doesn't quite know his way around to Software Update. Give the guy a break... is he really looking to steal a full version of OS X or is he just trying to find the latest 10.2 upgrade.
Besides... if he was going through all the trouble to find 10.2.8... why woudn't he try and find 10.3.9 or 10.4.2 instead.
Stealing is bad... unless you're playing baseball.

Ah... I'm happily enjoying 10.5.1 right now. It's a little buggy but, the new features rock! Spotlight is perfect now... and the new iApp iDraw is awesome (iDraw is basically Apple's version of Illustrator with sweet vector graphics and abilities to make 3D art.)
