Everytime I try to make a search with Spotlight it shows no results. I have indexed twice.
What can I do.

I'm guessing you maybe dragged the folder to private then out again. I'm not sure if that removes the spotlight folder or if it just updates it when you re-index.

I would try the command

sudo mdutil -E /

I know it's hard to trust when people give out sudo commands with the root drive as an argument so I will post a link that you might trust more:
