Is there a way to tell what my optical drive burn speed is for CD and DVD. I swapped out my original Combo drive for a SuperMulti Drive. iTunes shows a max of 24x plus 'Maximum'. How can I tell if I'm getting the maximum, 40X, or something less.

Is there some utility application that will show what speed I'm actually burning at?

I'm using a MDD G4 1.25GHz with OS 10.3.9
