I understand I'll have to use BootX because it's an Old World machine, but I'm really confused about what I have to do with it. I'm told I'll need the right kernal. Where can I find that? I did have a couple that it seemed to accept but when I pressed 'linux' it quit the app, waited a few seconds, then the cursor disappeared and it froze. Also, I have two hard drives, one with 9.2.2, and one empty waiting for YDL. This is okay, right? I'm a newbie to all of this so any help is appreciated.

okay, i managed to get it loaded and booted into YDL 4.0, but I get a couple errors, like the sound and file browser don't work. Any idea what could be causing this?
