I'm having problems with my Smart Mailboxes, where they are not showing the number of unread/new messages right away as they arrive anymor. It used to be that as soon as I received a message, a little 1 would show right away next to the smart mailbox name, as well as the regular inbox. Now, only the inbox shows a number while the smart mailbox dosn't show nothing, However if I click on the smart mailbox, then it will show the number of unread messages like its supposed to.

How do I fix this? I tried rebuilding all my mailboxes but that dosnt help. All told I have about 500 emails in Mail, is that causing a problem?
