does anyone know how I could make my MAC OSX to boot into Shell (command prompt) and not boot into OS X?

You can boot into single-user mode (root shell for system maintenance, no daemons running) by holding Command-S at startup.
A better option is to set the login window to username/password mode and enter >console in the username field. This will drop you to a command prompt.

yeah, but is there anyway to just boot into shell with deamons running without having to do the user and password. I just wanna be able to type my user and password and automatically be on the command line. without GUI running.

I've never heard of a way to make OS X boot into a console automatically. Perhaps by disabling the right daemons you can disable the GUI. If you can't figure out how to do that on your own, you probably shouldn't be attempting it.
Or you could install Darwin, I guess.
