Can't copy from any file text eudora etc into a word document on a G5 tower any advise or setting that I need to check?

Further information it copies out of word into others but not from others into word

More informtion would be useful. What versions of the programs, specifically what programs suffer from the problem (or if it is all of them), what system version you are using, etc.
