After re-installing Panther I get this error message. How do I fix this?

Application Launch Failure
The application "Transport Monitor" could not be launched because of a shared library error:
"8<Transport Monitor><Transport Monitor><HotSynchLib.PPC><>"

Reinstall Palm Desktop.
