What does <sitescope URL monitor web> mean?

While downoading from the internet, a download with the name <sitescope URL monitor web> appeared in the download window. I hadn't requested anything by that name. It looked like it might have been some sort of malicious file, so I stopped the download.

Anyone know what it was?

SiteScope is piece of software made by "Mercury"...

It's nothing malicious or anything at all.
