I was looking at Netinfo manager today and noticed that in the users section, there are about
25 or so users that I have no idea where they came from. Anybody know what this app is for and how do I find out where these users came from?

The NetInfo manager does a whole lot. I don't know even a small percentage, but the users you're seeing in there are completely legit. They represent automated users that handle things on your system. A good example is the www user, which is dealing with managing httpd connections among other things.

It's perfectly normal. You're probably best off avoiding NIM as playing with it can mess up your system.
