OK, I"m not even sure if this is the right forum. If I posted this int he wrong area, please move it. Also, I tried a searchm,b ut nothing relevant came up. This could be because I'm not really sure what to search under, so again if this has been covered, please help me find the correct post.

I am writing some instruction on how to do things on a mac & would like to be able to insert the correct pictures for the apple, shift, delete & option keys. Does anyone know how to do this (so that they look like the symbols in the mac documentation.

I'v ealready figured out how to get an apple (symbol font, option-shift-K, but am stumped on the others. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

The correct symbol for the command key is not the Apple symbol, but the ⌘ (place of interest) symbol. You can insert special characters into documents with the help of the character palette which is available in Edit->Special Characters….

if you want to make an apple symbol , use shift-option-k.
