Saving a file: how to make it a favorite?

I just saved a web archive in Safari and in the save as box, I did see recent folders offered. Is there a way to take a folder and make it a favorite so it would show up in that drop down? thanks.

I think there used to be, but not anymore. You can just put a folder of aliases to your favorites in the sidebar and use that.
