My buddy plugged a Bluetooth device in my USB port, which made an icon appear in the top menu bar. He took it out, but the icon didn't go away. I can't figure out how to remove it and it's kind of annoying since I don't have bluetooth in my ibook. The only option when I click on it is "Bluetooth: Not available." Help!

Go into system preferences. Then go to bluetooth. Then unmark "show bluetooth status in the menu bar"

Or hold command and click to drag it out of the menu.

That's the thing, I don't have a bluetooth in system preferences because I don't have bluetooth on my computer. The cmd+click worked perfectly, though!
