Making pdf's from a filemaker file

I have a filemaker file that is 5 pages. If I choose print, then save as pdf, I only seem to get one page. I've tried few times and can't seem to get the full 5 pages in the saved pdf. any ideas appreciated. FM7 OS 10.4.3

have you tried printing each page individually then putting them together in acrobat?

How about a print preview which you then save?
If 5 pages come out of the printer, you should see 5 pages here as well. That should solve your problem.

oreo, wow, I though I was home free, but after I saved the 5 page print preview, I opened the pdf up from the desktop, it only save the page that is active.

maybe there is a pdf setting that controls how many pages are pdf'd?

In FileMaker's print dialogue, there is a setting for which records to print. Are you sure you're not just printing the current record (instead of, for example, all records being browsed)?
To check, choose "FileMaker" from the popup menu in the print dialogue (to see the FM specific print settings).

Also, be sure that all five pages aren't being printed on one long page. Some methods of creating the pdf will do that...

One
save as a pdf:
it saves five pages.
Two:
preview:
it previews five pages.
But if you click on the desktop to print either pdf, only one page comes up.

This is a total shot in the dark. But when it asks what pages to print. Are you marking it for pages from: 1 to 5?

thanks Cuco, no does not matter. either way, I see the five pages being generated. they just don't appear in the final pdf.

if the preview shows five pages, why don't you save that pdf then?
