When I got my computer back from Apple repaired, my new hard drive was renamed "a 's computer." How can I change it?

You can rename the hard drive just like you rename any other file or document in the Finder. Select the drive icon and hit "enter." Then just type in your new name.

Oh, I should clarify, it's not the hard drive but the level above it. I don't know what you call it. The one with that says _____'s computer.
