Hey,
I got used to work listening to online radio but now IT has blocked my access to save some shitty network bandwidth. I still want to be able to connect when I'm working here late and there's nobody using the network so....is it any way of forwarding i.e. Music One radio to a different port that hasn't been blocked...?

I'm no networking expert but I don't think the OS has anything to do with it. The information is being sent via a specific port.

FWIW, my company blocks radio and streaming video and certain sites. When I say certain sites I don't mean adult sites but rather sites they deam inappropriate at work, such as espn.com.

It's their network, and they can do with it what they want. Basically this means that they can (and have) decide to not allow connections with protocols they deem non-work related. Sorry, but you lose here.

And it's completely non-OS related; this could happen if you were using Linux, Windows or Solaris. It's a network thing.
