I am sure this has been asked. anyone know if they have plans to release a cross hardware version of OSX? Love to dual boot it on my PC.

Not officially. I have little doubt that people will try and hack OSX to boot on other PCs, and there's a possibility that they might even succeed, but it will take time. Furthermore, you should be aware that OSX's license only allows you to run it on Apple-branded hardware, and so running it on anything else could technically be considered piracy even if you're using an otherwise-legit copy.

Yes, that bit about the license is messed up. No, it shouldn't be legal to stipulate something that absurd in a license agreement. Unfortunately, however, it is legal, and so it will need to be dealt with.
