Hello all,

I'm just wondering, my current iTunes Library totals 34.38GB, but in my iTunes folder I have 36.75GB worth of music. Is there any sort of AppleScript or Automator function or anything else like that that I can run which will output a list of the files I have in my iTunes Music folder which are not in my iTunes Library?

Thanks!

Why not delete everything from the Library and then add the folder to your library?

Just drop the library folder onto iTunes and it will add the stragglers. No need to delete everything from the Library (I believe this will remove metadata like playcounts and ratings).

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I might have not explained what I meant too well. All the files I have in my iTunes Library are the ones I want to keep. This means that there's an extra 2.37GB in the iTunes Music folder which I'd like to track down and delete.

Any suggestions?
