I just upgraded to Tiger and ran software update. Now I'm having serious trouble browsing the internet, almost half of the websites I attempt to load give me a "cannot connect to server" message...even sites like Hotmail and Penny Arcade, which I KNOW should be there! To my dismay, I realized that it's not limited to the browsers (tried all browsers). I cannot connect with E-mail, or Software Update either!
My firewall is turned off, so is Peer Guardian, what can I change to restore my previous settings?


edit: I did not hit "submit" 4 times... so I have no idea why this has multiple posted.

I've been having this problem lately, too. A refresh usually gets the site to load.

I'm away from my computer right now so I can't try that out, but in case it doesn't work, is there asystem setting I can check? or can I revert to a previous version of an update?

yeah that doesnt do anything, can anyone reccomend something? this is seriously hindering my life personally and professionally.
