spotlight search of sys revealed folder containing files with the following path; users/name/library/preferences/macromedia/flashplayer/macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys. appear to be website related. any ideas as to what these files would be and how they were created? any info would be appreciated. i'm new at this game. tks.

Looks like Macromedia Flash Player created them to store settings relating to some Web sites. Why do you ask?

tks. for the reply. i asked as i really don't know how or why a file was created without being aware of it. can i safely delete them,or are they necessary for some sites?
