Does anyone happen to know if the latest version of iSync will work with an older PalmIII type device that is connected through a USB to Serial adapter?
My sense is that it *should* work since it is the Palm Desktop/HotSync software that actually handles the communication with iSync just being a conduit...
But the Apple supported devices page makes me think that older PlamOS devices may not even work at all with iSync unless we are using 'The Missing Sync" rather than Palm Desktop/HotSync. http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/isync/devices.html
It used to work fine for me, but I've since upgraded my Palm III to a Tungsten E and Hotsync Manager to Missing Sync, so I can't guarantee it still does.
