deleted mailbox by mistake, could use some help

Hi:

I deleted a Mailbox (on my mac) folder and the instant I did it I relized it was a mistake so I stopped what I was doing and started rescue mode. First thing I did was check the mail trash and the finder trash, it wasn't there.

Then I went into the mailboxes folder in library/mail and the .mbox file was gone. I used Norton Utilities and could not find it. Went out and got Data Rescue II and still no luck. Now I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?
