Hi all,
yesterday after a login my Desktop Clock did not show up as unsual. I checked the Date&Time prefpane and the "show date and time option" was turned off. I checked it and set the clock to show as window. Digital works (both in window and in menu bar). Analog in the menu bar works. Analog in window (which I want) does not work.
Trying to start the WindowClock app from the command line produces the following error message:
WindowClock.app $ Contents/MacOS/WindowClock
2006-02-09 20:03:47.955 WindowClock[302] An uncaught exception was raised
2006-02-09 20:03:47.957 WindowClock[302] *** -[NSCFDictionary setObject:forKey:]: attempt to insert nil value
2006-02-09 20:03:47.958 WindowClock[302] *** Uncaught exception: <NSInvalidArgumentException> *** -[NSCFDictionary setObject:forKey:]: attempt to insert nil value
Trace/BPT trap
Any idea what might be wrong and what can be done to remedy the situation?
This is a relatively fresh install (about 2 weeks) of Tiger with all updates installed. No additional system software has been istalled (haxies, smartcrashreporters and so on).
Many thanks in advance,
Nicky
