I joined HotPop.com for a while and since then a
HotPop logo plus the words "Account Settings"
has appeared on my main Toolbar (along with
Home, Forward, Back, Stop, etc.) When I click on
it, a page opens with the logo on it, so I try
dragging that to the trash (won't go). Then I try
dragging the logo from the toolbar to the trash
(won't go). The account has since been closed
due to inactivity. When I go to Customize Toolbar,
the logo doesn't show there to delete. Any
suggestions, please? Also, how do I access the
programs that load on startup as it is loading way
too many right now? Thank you!

What browser are you using? Firefox?

Also, what OS version are you using? The "programs that load on startup" sounds like you're using something before OS X and referring to extensions, maybe.
