Jumping/Blank MacHelp Problem -iMac 20" Dual Core

Whenever I go into the Finder - > MacHelp, the box opens normally and I can get the help I need. BUT when I try and go into the "Work and Play..." part, the window jumps and jitters up and down so as to make it all unreadable. Sometimes the help window is completely blank.

Yes, it's pretty common. Help Viewer sucks.

Usually trashing the helpui cache folder as well as the help and helpviewer preferences fixes it for a while.
