So I bought this MacBook Pro... I was running software update, and it was just running an iTunes update for about 30 min with no progress. Didn't look to be coming along, so I eventually Force Quit Software Update (no I didn't think it was a good idea either, but didn't have much choice).

Anyway, I still can't install the iTunes update and there's some other weird symptoms.

1. iTunes update just installs and installs and installs... but nothing ever happens..
2. The updates for Front Row and the security update fail every time. "Unknown Error"
3. Disk Utility does nothing. Finds some permissions that are wrong, but can't fix them.
4. MSN Messenger doesn't boot anymore. Reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

WTF did I do to my new Mac??
