Hi
I just moved my ppc mini running 10.4.4 and hooked it up to a tv with the dvi to svideo adapter.
Worked fine for a few minutes, then I decided to change resolution. Hey lets see how bad 1024*768 looks on a tv! Mostly useless for text of course. Let me just put it back to 800*600 NTSC where it was. Oops, looks like I misclicked and selected PAL or some output incompatible with my tv. Now I have a black and white signal endlessly scrolling down my screen like an old tv with misadjusted v-hold. I can't see it well enough to make out the menu to change the resolution.
However I can ssh in. Is there any way I can change the resolution and frequency via command line?
Google didn't yeild anything helpful.
Thanks a bunch!

Solved my own problem with this AppleScript:
http://www.macvroom.com/node/39
Changed the script to the right resolution and frequency (800*600@60Hz) and I'm back in action.
Maybe this will help somebody.
Cheers.
