Argh! I kept on getting confused with .mac sync part with address book and bookmarks...

everytime when I used different computer beside my iMac G5, I went to .mac and opened Address book and bookmark.. They asked me these questions (See images below). I wasn't sure which to pick. One time, I clicked wrong one and my address book and bookmarks have been doubled on my iMac G5 when I synced the info.

I just want to leave it alone and open it...
