How do I use the shell to cd to a folder named "School Files"? The space is messing it up. Thanks.

Three choices:
cd School\ Files
cd "School Files"
cd 'School Files'
If the folder name itself has the quotation marks, that's left as an exercise for the reader.

Easiest way to find out is to just drag the file you need into the Terminal window. It'll write the whole path for you.

Of course, that becomes a problem if the file name contains quotation marks! The most reliable way to discover the path is to drag and drop.
