How to install 10.4 on iMac using Mini system disc?

I have the system discs for my Mac Mini but I just got an old iMac G4. How can I install Tiger off the system discs onto the new machine? It says it's unsupported.

You need to buy a retail copy of Tiger. Not only is it not supported, it's not cool. Read the EULA; 1 Mac per copy.

Though msuper69 is right, do a search of these forums for "target disk mode" and "install".

The subject has been discussed and explained numerous times.
