when i am in the finder and i select 5 folders/files all at once and choose 'get info', why is it that sometimes it opens up 1 single info box that shows the info and total file size of the 5 altogether, and other times it opens up 5 seperate info windows individually. am i hitting a key that is causing this?

when i burn dvds for backup i would prefer to have a single get info window but it never seems to work out that way.
