Not sure this is the right area but i'll give it a shot.

This summer I am visiting greece for a while and I will need access to the internet.

I have an ibook G4 with airport and a slvr cell phone (if that makes a difference)

The problem I see is that the island I am staying on isn't exactly high tech. it's called pserimos it's close to kalymnos and kos

so, im assuming the only way to get online would be to connect my cell phone to the ibook somehow?

I am pretty sure cell phones work there, and as for tv I think it's sattelite...no cable

There will more than likely be an internet café somewhere (it might even have wireless access). I shudder to think how much it would cost to use your mobile phone to get access - last time I did it, GPRS access was charged by the amount you download rather than by how long you are online for which soon racks up the cost astronomically - especially when you wouldn't even have a contract with any provider.
