Strange view issue

Hello
Suddenly black frames has started to appear on my monitor, when I view "things" - folder, files, stuff
It is pretty hard to explain, but you can see a few (3 actually) screen dumps here:

Don't worry about the text ... it's not lorem ipsum, it's Danish.
Any clues? I'd like to get rid of them as they are pretty annoying.

Looks like you need to turn off Voiceover in the Universal Access preference pane.

Heh, you probably whacked Apple+F5, that's the hotkey for it
I've done it a few times, I can't say I use any other hotkeys around that area but apparently I do
