Renaming External Drives?

So I have a 250GB External FAT32 partiton USB 2.0 HDD. And I was wondering if their is anyway to rename it? The windows Partition on the Internal HDD was renamed by simply going into info and typing in "windows HD" Althgought it also resets itself to all caps its still okay. However the External Drive seems to be immune to renaming.

Any Ideas?

Get Info on the partition - your user may not have write permissions.
