I was wondering if some of my profiles from Address Book in Mac OS 10.4.6 will play nice with Windows XP? Can I just import them into Outlook or something similar? Sorry, completely new to XP here... I just have to use it at work, so I have no clue what I'm doing...

If Outlook supports vCard files, you should be fine.

Outlook's import is not very robust. you may have to set address book to use the older vcard format - 2.1, in the prefs.

I think you also have to do it one contact per vcard file.
You can take the dude out of So Cal, but you can't take the dude outta the dude, dude!
