im trying to install libpcap, and i get caught up on the step: make install-incl. when i type that i get this error message: make: *** No rule to make target `install-incl'. Stop.

any ideas?

um, I would think that since OS X has tcpdump, that libpcap would be there by default.

/usr/lib/libpcap.A.dylib
/usr/lib/libpcap.dylib
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.
