Custom Tiger Install: CPU Help Files?

I'm creating custom Tiger install without all the extra language resources and bundled software. However, I can't figure out what CPU Help Files are. I do not think they are the OS X Help files. Do I need them?

It's the user manual for your computer and Tiger as PDF.
