This has got to be the saddest fake in a very long time.. It must have taken so long time to do, yet it only focuses on the most boring and mundane app in there, iSync.
Maybe next time, they'll give us a grand tour of Directory Access and Dictionary?

Given all the blatant spelling errors on many of the screens of the purported application my guess is that it is a fake too. Besides, why would iSync of all apps need a "spotlight" search.
And regarding the "MacPad". Just stop it already. Apple is not going to do a PDA if for no other reason than the market for them has tanked. A PDA/cellphone device a la Blackberry maybe ... but a pure PDA? Hell to the no. In any event, Apple is more likely to do an iPod/cellphone than a PDA/cellphone device.
