I have an iMac G5 (Mac OSX 10.3.9) and I want to ask if I can attach to a folder a short note?

• Select some text in any app, drag it into the folder.
• Get Info on the folder and type in the note into the "Finder comment" field.

One of those or tell us in more detail what you want to do.
