My three year old PB has a borked keyboard connector, so the number row is currently out of commision. I get around this by having the keyboard viewer up for this purpose, but after a while it slows the computer to a crawl. A quick glance at top reveals it to use seventyseven - note me not bothering to write numbers anymore - percent of the CPU. What is going on?
