How I can get the BSD subsytem? because some programs ask me for that folder.

If you're using Tiger, the BSD subsystem is always present, and is not an optional component.

On earlier versions of OS X, it's BSD.pkg on the OS X install disc.

i have the OSX 10.3.9 but I don't have the bsd susbsytem instaled, do you think is better to reinstall the system? what this system is for?
