Hi, I am a newbie with my first experience with Mac OS x on my recently bought macbook. A silly question to ask but.... I was wondering if there is any way I can set up a password so that every time my macbook comes back from sleep, it asks me for that password. This will be great because I can then just close the lid and leave my office without worrying that a coworker can come and access my emails.

Yes. Go to the System Preferences > Security and tick the appropriate checkbox.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
