How temporary change page set up?

	I like 8.5 x11 portrait, but sometimes like to print a bunch in 8x10 landscape. Is there a quick way to change for awhile and then change back? I don't see like a presets ability unfortunately. I do see a save as default, but even that is not sticking, wont even change for me, and it's a real hassle anyway to save a default and then go back... 10.4.7
	OS 10.6.8 imac-2 core 27"/2009 4GB Ram
