I'm a long-time Mac user who recently got a Mac Pro and noticed I don't have the command-click (or right-click) option to Archive files (think it uses BomArchiver). How do I reenable that feature or is it not available on Intel for some reason?
BTW, I'm using 10.4.7. Thanks.

I don't believe that it's something that can just be enabled/disabled at will.
First thing I would try would be to login as another user (create another user if another doesn't exist) to see if it's system-wide or specific to your user account. If it's system-wide I would try an Archive and Install of the system.

It's control-click not command-click.
Do you have the Archive command in the the Finder's File menu?

All accounts lack the Archive command via control-clicking on files/folders.

Do you have write permission in the directory you're trying to do the archiving?
