Sorry about double posting but finally I got the idea what Im exactly looking for.
Im looking for popular or good virtual machiens for following unix
Solaris/OpenSolaris,
Tru64,Hp-UX and
AIX
and those OS's as a host
If u know any of those unixs' popular virtual machine or good ones

Let me see if I understand...
You want to install differant Unix variants as virtual machines, or use them as hosts to run virtual machines on them? I know you can run Solaris on VmWare Server, but I have not heard of a way to run HP-UX without HP hardware, or AIX without IBM hardware.

Why don't you tell us what you want to do with it?
No offense, but in the last thread you didn't even know that Sun's unix flavor is called Solaris. With the exception of Solaris, all of these OS require hardware from that specific vendor -- expensive hardware.

O sorry I forgot to mention it
For the sever machines, they got all their own unix on their severs
so I want to run some other OS's on thier unix for the sever machine
