I just set up my new iMac and copied over my user folders from my old computer. When I first started up I had screensavers for my iPhoto Albums, but after a restart they have disappeared. Any idea where they went? I keep my iPhoto library in a Shared folder so that my wife has access to the same pics. Could that be it? Does it look in the Pictures folder or something?

There is a choice called "choose folder". You should be able to navigate to whichever folder you want to access files there from that choice.

Actually, I launched Front Row and it didn't have any Albums either. I then launched iPhoto and it populated both. Problem solved.
